Strange. Like really weird.
Kinda slow and sluggish like my brain is operating at 50% and all I really want is to curl up and nap but I know I wont be able to fall asleep so Im trying to work but honestly even typing this out is hard. I feel all heavy and weird. And my hands wont stop shaking no matter how hard I try.
Hope it passes. Im not a fan

That often happens to my son prior to and after seizures.

I think you should tell a doctor. I think the medical system makes a person jump through hoops to get a diagnosis n appropriate help but it's worth a try. It might even be that u have a rare disease like GSD (which we all have) and that happens with gsd with ketone levels going down which is manageable if u know what ur dealing with.

It cd be anything of course but i hope u send what u wrote to ppl in real life to help n then be ready to seek out medical help if need be

Otherwise . Hugs and love and wishing a good restful sleep for u even though it might not be possible... Sometimes liquid melatonin helps with getting sleep... but its v potent so be careful if u have it..

Omg sorry not to scare u i re-read and realized how opposite of reassuring that post is.. Just saying for 'in case' scenarios if it goes on too much.

Im sorry to plunge into that anxiety provoking mode and it certainly wdnt help with relaxing enough to sleep.. Apologies.
