I have been craving this really badly for some reason (most likely PMS). I ate like 4 of them yesterday.

I like this a lot but I don't have it often because it's more expensive than V8 for a smaller bottle and I worry about the sodium because there is no low sodium version like V8 has. No one I know in real life likes this and they think it's weird that I drink it.

When drinking fluids, salt content isn't much of a concern.

The problem with salt isn't the salt itself, it is the lack of water to go with it. If there's too much salt in something you ate, simply have an extra glass of water to offset it.

The problem on the other end is when you have too much water, which can dilute the base minerals and nutrients (such as salt) in your body, and lead to issues including death.

That's true. I read about that a long time ago and was surprised that more people were ignorant about this when it was big news when that woman died from drinking too much water in that "hold your wee for a wii" contest.
