I've tried this approach before, but I find I get paid more for going away :) . I, for some reason, am perfectly comfortable not saying a word for the longest stretches. It probably makes me look smarter, like some wise man who only speaks sage advice. Or maybe it's creepy.

There's this guy who plays alto sax on the train sometimes... He wears wacky sunglasses, antennas on his head, and plays these ridiculous John Zorn riffs, only to announce that if you give him money, he'll go away. Except I never give him money because I want him to just keep playing these wacky riffs!
