When you were little, did you like to walk into the clothing racks at stores? I did.

No but I played with the cloths & things on the rack. I would take them off & put them back on or put them on the lower rack that was next to it or would move things from one side of the rack to the otehr & then I'd move things back to where they were

I enjoyed doing that, because I loved the weight of the many different garments against my little body at the time.

Yup, I'd love to get into the middle of the circular clothes racks.

I think I did. Not sure. Maybe I liked the idea of hiding in fabrics.

Yes :) Bratty child - when my freaked out dad would run past the rack looking for me, I'd jump out and scare the crap out of him.

Yes I did.

When I was about 6 years old, I went to a K-MART with my family and I snuck off to explore the clothing section of the store, which freaked everyone in my family out. I went to the customer service area and asked them for help finding my family.

Eventually, my family did find me waiting by customer service. Lesson learned.

I loved the way the clothes smelled and how they felt when they brushed against me.

I also liked playing in the closet at home. I used to braid the sleeves of my mother's blouses together, which drove her nuts. One sleeve would be smooth and one would be all wrinkled from being braided.

YES! I loved doing that. Now that I think about it I did it all the time. Maybe it was a way to escape sensory overload. Man, I wish I could do that now.
