I have a letter of recommendation from NASA. I've had it just in a folder. Should I frame it and display it on the wall of my office? Would you? It that something an NT would do?

How important a letter is it? NASA in my mind is a very amazing important organization, but as I'm not NT, I don't know how normal it would be to frame it, although even if it isn't, I would anyway. :) Congratulations. What will happen now due to your recommendation?

I would file it in a plastic sleeve for future job searches.

Exactly, I have never displayed awards, but I have realized people are impressed by stuff like that.

I would keep it in a safe place. If it was a diploma or something, then you can frame it.

I'd put it on display. It shows the world how important you are.

Depends on the office unwritten rules. Some want you to frame and display all awards as it makes the office appear more important for the employer; while others want a more subdued look, showing only diplomas and licenses.

If this is a private office, i would noy display it as it is more an ego thing.
