Yesterday I went to a "geek" convention and bought two ornaments of Ness and Paula from Earthbound, crafted from pixel beads, and two Funko Pop figures of Marge as a panther and Maggie as a space alien from the Treehouse of Horror Simpsons episodes.

I bought a cheap battery trainset for £2.99 (Or was it £1.99?) It wasn't the last thing I bought as that would be diesel or some food item I think.
I have not tried the set, but I had one when I was little. They are impressive actually. The limits to them were that there were no spare track... BUT... I know how to make my own track so that's not a problem. I only bought it because it was cheap and I have seen how another person made a lovely little layout with one. I was thinking.. What a lovely idea for a competition in one of the model railway forums I'm on!
