Some new soldering supplies; a 25 watt Weller iron, a small coil of electronics solder, and some shrink tubing. I want to fix a set of headphones I have.

I treated myself to a pair of shoes (reduced from £70 to £30), a pair of harem trousers and a new top.

None of them have arrived yet.

just around my corner of the woods and back, within a circle of about 10 miles, mostly hill country and valleys. notice the suspension underneath the seat, that is why I got it, because my back went out after riding another bike that lacked a suspension and had only a rudimentary seat, due to the bumps. so I made sure my next bike [the bikee] was very cushiony.

among recumbent bikes they are among the more stable, with a compact turning circle, and the most intuitively grasped for newcomers. the fastest I've gotten on the straights is about 35 miles per hour, downhill about 45. it was stable at those speeds, not a hint of wobble or touchiness. at the same time it is necessarily [because one cannot stand on the pedals] geared to take just about any real world incline.
