Cosmopolitanism is a utopian idea that can go horribly wrong.

The majority of the threads and posts on WP are boring. Many of them also don't make sense. Probably poor English.

rubberband tires and big@$$ed wagon wheels are just ridiculous. they ride like crap and are as gaudy as hell.

Law enforcement should continue to enforce laws that state the people who ride bikes should always wear helmets and if such a cyclist does not, such should be given a hefty financial amount to pay back.

i would outlaw toy weapons. gotta start somewhere.

If you can't say "Merry Christmas" because it offends people who don't celebrate Christmas, then you can't say "Happy Holidays" because it will offend people because they don't celebrate any holiday.

And you can't say "Happy Winter" because in the southern hemisphere of the Earth it's summer.

And many if not most people are very unhappy.

I guess you could say "Day", but it's nighttime elsewhere in the world, and it sounds stupid. So don't say anything because it will make people hate you. Unless they already do hate you then say whatever you want. The feeling is mutual.

i would put all weapons and weaponizable things under the purview of the consumer products safety commission. mebbe they'll decide that all knives must have dull points and can't be longer than a half-inch? or that all firearms must have silencers?

Most Christmas movies are stupid and I hate being forced to watch them.

^ I know right? My mother loves Christmas movies, but I would rather eat dirt than sit through most of them. I like a lot of classic Christmas TV specials, like Charlie Brown and Chuck Jone's version of The Grinch, however. I've only watched them about eighteen kajillion times. And they're only about a half hour long.

Home Alone 1 & 2 buck the trend of being poor Christmas movies.
