Which of them had (generally speaking) the most unfriendly and arrogant inhabitants according to you?

Somalia, followed closely by Iraq, Bahrain, and the United States of America, in that order.

The only places I've been outside the U.S. are Ecuador, Colombia, and Venezuela. I think most everybody there was really nice to me. I was the unfriendly one--but that's because of my socializing problems.

I've only been to Mexico, and most people there (especially those in rural areas) are quite nice. If there are any arrogant inhabitants, there are some urbanites who feel a bit entitled, etc, but they're few and far between.

I've been to the Bahamas twice, Belize, and Canada. All the people were generally nice.

Well to answer my own question, I was about to say France too and Paris wasn't the only region in that country where I felt a total crapvibe coming from the local people.

Portugal wasn't a nice experience either, but I did like Italy for some reason.

I was going to say Greece for unfriendliest but Paris for most arrogant. It wasn't everyone but there were a lot of people who would snub anyone who didn't speak fluent French.

America.

It's the only one I've been to so far, (My Own), Therefore the only possible answer.

Don't they say that some people there do snub non-French nationals (and black people, etc.), even if they speak perfect French in the local dialect? Racism seems to be a bigger problem in France than in the UK.

Anyway, Athens doesn't look like much of a good place to go on holiday at the moment due to their extreme financial difficulties - oh, and because of Golden Shower, of course.
