Though the response is much more commonly used in the States, the original response usually was (with some variation-Health, Riches and many beautiful little children):
First sneeze - Gesundheit (Health)
Second sneeze - Schönheit (Beauty)
Third sneeze - und viele kleine Kinderchen (and many little children)

As for unusual things about myself, you all probably already know, so I won't bother

I always sneeze 5-6 times in a row. And the "7 sneezes" urban myth is definitely not true, I know from years of experience!

I have memorized the national anthems of over 50 countries. I can sing them in their original languages and can play many of them on the piano (I arranged them completely from memory and even composed bridges and codas for a few of them).
