Plain low fat or non fat yogurt with all fruit jelly (no sugar added).

Tastes great and no processed sugar like the flavored yogurts have.

sugar is sugar, whether it is in the form of the familiar crystaline white stuff or in fructose/corn syrup et al. it is all a highly refined fast-metabolising carbohydrate. such should be limited in any healthy diet. instead, add some stevia to the yogurt and then you've got something.

Yogurt is tasty but M&Ms are better! (plus even yogurt makes me gassy. d@mn lactose intolerance!). Almost any combination of fruit and nut is tasty. fruit and nutbutter vs. dried fruit and nuts vs. dried fruit and nutbutter vs. cookies. It's all good.

I can't stand the incredibly strong smell of yogourt and the slimy texture of jam/jelly.

You just described the WORST dessert for me. ;)

Hello.

Use stevia or xylitol instead of sugar. They are sweet, but far healthier than sugar. Some people seem to think honey is healthy, but it's pretty much the same as sugar. Stevia and xylitol are completely different and they are natural extracts from plants, not artificial. These are two things that I'm hoping become more common. Now I see stevia in Woolworths, but I see xylitol only in health food shops. Prices are still much higher than sugar.

Skip the jelly, then use banana slices and blueberries in its place. Stir it up a bit and the yogurt will get a little purple from the blueberries and have a sweeter flavor.

Various fruit makes a good healthy dessert.

IMO: Good does not necessarily mean tasty.
