I liked Chicago when I visited, but that was in the summer. I'd like to visit somewhere that is isolated, but has a great deal of food and has the internet. Maybe Perth, Australia.

Pretty happy right where I am; Victoria, BC.
Want big city attractions? 90-minute ferry ride to Vancouver.
Want small-town atmosphere? Victoria, Nanaimo, etc, all right here on the Island.
Skiing? Same thing. Outdoorsiness? Same thing... huge island. Hunting? Got lots of deer and other animals runnin around. Birdwatching? We got it.
Gorgeous as all hell, even when the weather's craptastic.

Maybe the Dominican Republic, too.

NZ, South Island (but also like the idea of Alberta & BC).

What's wrong with sunny Australia??? :P

My dream is to eventually move to Forster-Tuncurry in the Mid North Coast of NSW.

Heaps of beaches, pelicans, dolphins, seafood :D

What's the trout fishing and duck/quail hunting like there? Oh! I forgot. There isn't any

Hmmm Northern Japan would also be a nice place to live. a traditional Japanese house, overlooking a lake. Lovely scenic view.

I'd go back to the days, when London was still London, and live there. Image

Anywhere but where I am now. I'd like to live in London especially, though, because that's where my dream job is (working behind closed doors at a museum).

Or Bristol, so that I wouldn't have to spend a fortune on train tickets and accomodation for the May comics convention - the only chance I get, other than when I'm online, to feel like I belong somewhere.

My last post in this thread was scary. My stripes were really showing. Anyways, Preston.

However I'd like to be there, after my situation clears up.

I would live right here in Santa Maria, CA. There are places I'm interested in visiting, but I'd never live anywhere but here.
