Need for periodical withdrawal...

I have this need to withdraw from time to time...it's not regular...or maybe I don't know that it's regualr because I've never timed those periods...but it feels random to me...
It's like...I need time to rest in my own world...
Like today...I just stayed at home disregarding all the things I had to do...
I wish I could do away this tendency or have control over it so that it doesn't interfere with my life...

I think even NTs sometimes do that. It's not that unusual.
