It was the federal capitol from 1785 to 1790 but I fail at history enough to know why because DC was evidently a thing then to a degree but appears to have been under constuction at the time to some extent and was named federal city from some Google results. Gald they picked a better name. It does seem extermely pointless to build such a city that early on in a nations existence and costly, New York would have worked fine it seems like to me.

Last year, I only attended one group therapy session because I felt I was wasting my time and that my anxiety would always control my life.

This year, I have attended three sessions so far because I realized that I would never control my anxiety issues if I did not attend more group therapy sessions.
