They are tough.
All my cars so far have been Toyotas.
This one is a Camry (the older type, before they went wide-body).
I'm hoping it can be resurrected with some intensive care.
The damage looks pretty bad though.
I couldn't drive it away.
The guard was pushed onto the tyre.
The front door looks like someone opened it up with a can-opener.

The robo-seatbelt Camry right? If your front X-member (beam behind the grille) & crumple zone behind the quarter panel are OK, that pretty much just leaves the control arm/steering rack mountings & maybe your wheel/steering knuckle. If you really must keep it I'm guessing that can be done, I had a FWD Datsun that limped away from a driver door crash I thought might kill me. Also, I think OZ got the 'All-Trac' 4wd Camrys as well, which would be really cool if you managed to find one.

Yeah.
Spend all night on WP, go to bed exhausted.
Wake up exhausted, spend all morning on WP.
Go to work, get exhausted, spend all afternoon on WP.
Quite a pattern developing there.
At least I'm consistent.

Robo-seatbelts?
I have the Ultima model with the plush velvet seats, power windows, spoked wheels, the whole shebang.
I'm thinking it'll be written off because the cost of repairs will be more than the car's worth, even though it was worth the world to me!
I have a 2005 diesel Landcruiser too for the heavy work but the Camry was so zippy and convenient.
I'm really going to miss Alex

How does one break Internet/arousal addiction long-term when one needs to use the Internet all the time and society revolves largely around arousal? :x

^ haha!

I'm on eBay, honest! :eye:
I only took my iPad to the bathroom to check the weather forecast.
I don't know why that is open. Must be a new thing with Windows 10.
Just checking Facebook.

All lies!

Addictions are bad.
Not in and of themselves, but because addict behavior usually has negative consequences.

I may joke about it, but I am neglecting myself pretty badly.
I come on here to forget about my health issues, then that makes my health worse because I'm not doing anything much to address the issues.
I'm just zoning out.

Yeah, same here.
Cold feet? Can't get socks cause need to stay at computer. I'm not even joking.
IMO that thread can be combined with addictive behavior in this one as an act of not respecting oneself = not loving oneself.

Well you've got a LC! More than I can say, I've wanted a troopie for almost a decade now. I guess the Ultima was Aussie/Pacific model trim, my mom's old DX had the shoulder belts that slide up from the window edges. I'd probably upgrade to a Lexus ls400/ls430 if I were you - those got the toughest motors Toyota' ever made, people routinely use them in older cruisers. They also had rear massaging seats for when you need to pull over & check WP...
