The time where that creepy guy on my street puts christmas decorations when nobody else bothers to even put halloween stuff. Theres even creepy mannequins with scarves and winter clothing on his porch.

Sure, as long as it doesn't annoy me when I'm not looking, I wouldn't care about whatever he pleases to do on this property.

I wasn't complaining, just saying its kindof funny. And the mannequins look like they're people staring at you when in your peripheral vision.
