I sometimes do. There are exercises that are supposed to help prevent a double-chin, and I sometimes do those.
Plus there is a yoga exercise (so I've heard) where you stick your tongue out as far as it will go and hold it. The last time I did that I felt as if I'd pulled it (which I suppose is technically possible since the tongue is a muscle).
