i will list only foods that are commonly liked that i do not like.
certain meats: any meat other than the muscle meat of fish, beef, lamb, chicken, duck or turkey is not palatable to me. it is probably due to conditioning but i tried kangaroo by mistake once and it was atrocious. i disliked it before i knew it was kangaroo. crocodile and emu etc are all yuck.
so..
dislike:
gamey tasting meat
oily fishy smelling fish
crab (offensive subtle sweet taste and they remind me of spiders)
plain milk (flavoured is nice (not fruit flavoured like strawberry or banana))
pure water (tastleless but somehow harsh)
tasty cheese (too concentrated, dry and strong)
paw paws (fruit that smells like vomit (may be called papaya elsewhere))
mint or anything like it including menthol, eucalyptus, tea tree oil etc. it leaves a cold sensation in my mouth and almost hurts my tongue.
aniseed (black lollies) and anything like it including alcoholic beverages like ouzo, aric (sp) etc.
i can smell kidney a mile off and reject it intensely.
i have not tried any other offal but the concept is disgusting which would affect my impression of the taste.
curiously, i did try lambs brains without my knowledge (my mother minced them and made rissoles which she told me were made from a type of fish) and i liked them a lot, however my mental concept of the food prevents me from ever trying it again.
sour breads (like german breads) taste like the oils in them have gone rancid to me, as well as the fact they always feel stale.
white chocolate and other sickly intensely milky things (except for sweetened condensed milk which i suck out of the tubes and is delightful)
those are the main things i will not eat.
