I'm enjoying this thread (how sad!) - I really have found a home from home in this site;

another definition -

oxymoron = figure of speech that combines two apparently contradictory ideas

to be cruel to be kind

Figures of speech generally play havoc with my sense of logic and I often misunderstand them - but at least the oxymorons are fun.

PS I hope I'm still in the random forum - this is my 16th post - 16 is my favourite number so I shall have a glass (or two) of wine to celebrate

One bright day in the middle of the night
two dead brothers got up to fight
back to back they faced each other
pulled out their knives and shot each other
a deaf policeman heard the noise
and came and killed those two dead boys.

One of the only....

Not sure if it quite fits the definition, but I've seen it even in the New York Times.

This is a fun thread if people would read back into it, I just resurrected it from the last posting in ": Sat May 05, 2007 11:43 pm", and I may bring back a few others people may find fun.

Technically, an aspie social group would consist of only one member.
