To answer 'yes' to this poll is such a severe understatement that the sheer magnitude of its power can and will destroy galaxies. (The Great Cat God will divert the destruction to non cat inhabited planets though)

It all depends on the cat for me. I think Sadie is better than a person, as she's so cool.

I don't think I've ever met a cat who wasn't superior to the average human. Cats are amazing.

Cats are far greater than humans, that is for sure.

Cats are awesome, I don't understand how anyone can not love cats. Humans are the sh*ttiest animals on the planet. They're ugly and stupid and mean and manipulative. Whereas cats are cute and soft and warm and fluffy and they sit on your knee when they love you and purr and rub their head on you. You know if a cat loves you. You don't get the same bullsh*t with a cat that you do with a human and they don't mess you around. You know where they stand and, once you earn their respect, they'll love you forever, as long as you're good to them. Cats are the most amazing animals in the world.
I find being with most humans boring. They talk about crap and I can never work out what the hell they're going on about. I can sit with a cat for hours and understand them. And they understand me. There's no way cats are boring. Nobody who's ever had a cat and treated him/her well would ever find them boring. They're anything but boring.

I adore cats, and always will. When I was a teen, my mother had a mean boyfriend who forced me to get rid of my 8 cats. I would have killed him, if I could. So in your comparison of humans and cats, I'd say he came out the loser. He was sub-human!

yeah, he normally said it in response to trolling on a forum we were both on or else in a joking context.

He sounds like a bastard. My step-dad doesn't really like cats that much I don't think but there's no way in hell he'd ever be allowed to make me get rid of Flo, my mum loves her too.
Anyone who forces someone to get rid of one cat, never mind eight, is just evil.
