You know, I never thought about that... Let's think...

Tails: Very smart, but has friends.
Shadow: Very anti-social, but not a whole lot smart... In his starring game (Shadow The Hedgehog), when Team Chaotix asks him to help hack into Eggman's computer, he just karate chops the control pad! Granted, it works, but...
Eggman: Very smart, and anti-social. Then again, he has no problem declaring his plans.

I think Eggman's most likely.

Amy because she has such a bad temper. Does she know where the line is drawn about her love for Sonic. Seems like she is always stalking him.

I think Knuckles has AS. :) He's very solitary, and posessive of his emerald, as well as taking what Eggman says literally. :P

Yes, he was renamed Dr Robotnik when the games first made it over from Japan. And I still call him that, because that's how I first knew him. Eggman... pssh.

He's the most likely to have AS, though. Although Tails is a close second, given his obsession with Sonic :P
