I'll probably never be able to afford one with moving parts but I might could get one of the 3Dish 1s for a Christmas or birthday present is it's cheap enough.

I'd imagine it is quite pricey.

The artist's name is Roman Booteen, he's Russian possibly based in the US.

There's a thing going on right now called the Great American Coin Hunt where dealers across the US have been dropping lots of older collectible coins into circulation. I haven't found any myself, but I don't handle lots of change on a daily basis. Keep your eyes open.
