I picked the second one....but to be clear, do you just mean the middle "a"?

I say the middle "a" like in "jam" but the way I say the first and last ones have more of an "uh" sound ....like in "sun". Or I say the first "a" a bit like "i" in "itchy" or the "y" in pygmy...I'm not sure if I don't always say it the same (my speech changes depending on the speech I hear around me) or if it's some combination of the sounds (maybe it's something to do with the Canadian Rising thing).

I think pronouncing it with the "a" as in "jam" is an American thing. I've never heard a British person say it like that. Then again, I don't live in the UK.

'Get yer jammies on, time for bed'

It's jammies in Scotland, or jamies if you swing that way.

The jam option on poll.
