Baking is inefficient. I once saw a video about making a banana pie with a cheery statement about how "you'll get more fruit in your diet!" I was thinking "instead of getting it through all the sugar, taking the time to make it, and paying for all the ingredients, why not just....BUY FRUIT?!"

Rich people don't know how to eat. A tiny portion of a gross fungus a pig routs around in the poopy soil for with red wine drizzled on top is NOT gourmet. Neither is the $300 1" square of cheesecake.

Also, a person doesn't need to eat the most well-known/seasonal/popular/etc. food for occasion or restaurant. Heard of somebody not liking barbecue sauce around the 4th of July (Independence Day in the USA), but if there's plenty of different foods to pick from at a picnic or something, just get what you want and avoid what you don't. Usually, it's only a problem when other people make it a problem. (obviously excluding medical conditions, allergies, etc.)

Likewise, I love Red Robin, but I don't think I've ever had one of their burgers. I don't care for meat that much (sometimes I'll try to get turkey or chicken), but since there's a lot of good stuff to choose from, who cares if it's burgers that they're most known for?

I don't like cherry tomatoes. I prefer regular tomatoes.

I like to eat chopped tomatoes straight from the tin.

I'm extremely picky about what I eat. I like tamari sauce on noodles best.

French Toast made with gluten free bread, rice milk, and cinnamon is yum-yum.
Quinoa is the best!

Normal things I don't like:Chocolate added to anythings except my mom's homemade brownies is absolutely revolting.Bananas are gross so are raisins. Even the smell of bacon makes me have to leave to room. I hate pancakes and waffles. Apparently people enjoy nutella but I have never liked it. I hate orange juice. I can't stand olives, ranch dressing, onions. Also I don't like milk I am fine with dairy products just not milk if it's plain. I can stand chocolate milk for some reason which is odd becuse I usually don't like chocolate.

Weird things I like:
Seaweed, mochi (especially with red bean paste), raw kale and raw broccoli.

That was all I could think of now but I am sure there are more.

Do you soak your quinoa before you eat it to remove some of the saponins?

Why do most of the anti-psychotics have weight gain as a side effect? Why do I have to do better on anti-psychotics? I would have beer and bratwurst for every meal if I could.

if you don't mind, can you tell me if the weight gain is due to increased appetite or reduced metabolism?

There's definitely some increased appetite, more with some meds than others, but, I have been told they can amp up the blood sugar, too, so messing with hormones? I'm not sure. Then again, most of them make you want to sleep every spare second, so it could be entirely lack of exercise.
