Mainly wind and rain today. Its pretty cold as well. I was surprised how chilly it felt when I stepped outside earlier on today.

If I'd have had a hat on the wind would have blown it off. I wore my fingerless gloves as well and by the time I carried a pint of milk back from the shop the ends of my fingers had turned to ice.

I reckon a bit of vaseline on the face would be handy in this weather so as to help prevent wind burn.

It's certainly not weather for a bikini.

Just bloody awful late this morning and into the early afternoon. Non-stop rain, rain, rain. I was going to go to the Tesco supermarket, which is a 1.5 mile round trip on foot, but had to abandon the trip because I'd have been soaked to the skin within a few minutes. Ended up going to the 'One Stop' minimarket a couple of hundred yards away, where everything's twice the price, but it was the only practicable option. I hate the rubbish Manchester weather.... :x

I went to the one stop shop today as well. Not the one near you though DH. I don't think I could have battled to elements to walk it that far.
