Hey, guys. What are your cats' names? I'm trying to come up with names for the two cats (male and female) that I'm thinking about adopting. I could use some ideas.

Maytag and Sheeba
(Maytag was named because we rescued her from a washing machine-someone abbandoned her in there) and Sheeba looks like a tiny panther  I wanted to call her Babylon

I don't have a cat, but I once knew a cat named Psycho.

Pat, Spike, and Captain Hook.

My parents now have Toby and Shimmy.

When I was living with my parents, we had Bangles and Oskar.

On a webcomic I read, there's a cat named "Scratch Fury: Destroyer of Worlds," or just "Scratch" for short.

Sorry.
Smokey or Cloudy for a gray cat, Champagne for a creamish colored cat, Spotty for a spotty cat, Snowflake for a white cat, Browny for a brown cat, Stripey for a stripy cat, and finally, Lucky for a black cat.

Shimmy's pretty cute. Where did that name come from?

I had a cat named Bistro once. I named him that because he was fat.

Now our cats' names are Mr. Goats and Miss Kitty.

I knew someone who had a "Mr. Kitty." I always thought that was a cute name.

In the comic strip "For Better or For Worse," I guess one of the characters was in Alaska or something and got a kitten, and named it Shimsa, which means "little friend" in some Inuit language. My parents liked that, so they stole the name, but changed it to Shimmy. This was happening in the comic strip around the time that Bush got re-elected.

A few of mine:
Ezzie (Esmerelda) - The old one
Sterling - knock-off Russian Blue with silver highlights
Rikku - a little thief
I usually hang out with em for a while and a name becomes apparent (to me, at least).
An ex-girlfriend had two iguanas, Touche and Eyebrow, I suppose those would work for a cat. Diohgi is a great name for a canine...

I had a very sweet cat named Perzshy (bc she reminded me of a persian cat, her name was said like persian by with a 'y' hence the strange spelling). She was struck by lightening during a bad storm. It's a unique name though, you are welcome to it. It'd be nice for her memory to live on like that.
