Question inspired by the launch of the presidential series of dollar coins here in the U.S; who would you like to see on a coin?

(Can be a political or historic figure, a celebrity, whomever; living or deceased, real or fictional.)

I would like to see myself on a 50c coin.
Nothing would surprise me more!

Although TBH I don't really mind as long as it's not the bloody queen.

I have a Roger Bannister commemorative coin celebrating the 50th anniversary of his sub-four minute mile triumph. An English friend from my cat site sent it to me.

I like the NHS 50p coins. I was born in the first NHS hospital to open in England. Almost exactly 50 years after. And a few week after I was born there, they changed the name of the hospital. So I'm glad I still have the old name on my birth certificate. :)
Sorry, that isn't about coins. I also like our £2 coins. I just wish we didn't have the bloody queen on them all.
I have some Man United coins from when we won the Treble in 1999.

Karen Carpenter.
I think she gave such a lot to the music world, plus she heightened awareness of an illness that was little known at the time she died.

Nicer-looking coins with the Queen on them wouldn't be a bad start.
