A fun tennis lesson yesterday afternoon and a good Toastmasters meeting last night

I successfully worried about my future and my upcoming birthday

I ended up getting 40 points over the Hey Jude thing.

for now at least, i fixed my swamp cooler.

Killed a wasp.

forced myself outta the house to see the doc who pronounced me suffering from dyslipidemia. wants me on a statin drug which previously caused warped liver enzymes and back pain. old age ain't for sissies. afterwards to cheer myself up i used a half-price BK coupon for 2 chicken sandwiches, likely the last i will ever eat in order to avoid more high cholesterol problems. so i savored them for all they were worth.

Helping fellow students get the attention of our school's Board of Trustees who will vote on a 10-15 percent tuition hike later today.

Managed to get out, pick my good friend, she gave me a haircut, we went to a shop together I bought her some groceries, she came and helped me sort my kitchen (which was choas!), calmed me down, and we had a nice time together, doing this makes me physically sick several times, very rewarding nonetheless- it was a proper achievement

I visited my school's counseling clinic and got new advice on how to control my anxiety.

forced myself to go walk outside in the rainy gray.

Got passed through to the next round of a magazine submission process (not sure what that means).

Submitted to a new magazine.

Drew two pictures, one in chalk and one in pencil crayon.

Avoided anxiety meltdowns.

threw together a buncha can washings and miscellaneous leftovers into a pan and made 2 meals.

I showered & shaved my crotch & washed dishes. I also stayed up longer than usual. I had gotten up around 7am & it's almost 6am now & I haven't went to bed yet. I still have to eat & I'll probably stay up an hour or so after. I should get up around 1pm cuz we're going shopping.

I bought another birthday present for my sister. Her birthday is one week from tomorrow.

She will be turning 32.
