What exactly do you mean?....If you're struggling or in a bad situation it is reasonable to be a bit down about that, or with mental health issues like depression its perfectly natural. Though sometimes people aren't very understanding about that sort of thing.
Otherwise if you feel you're more taking things for granted and don't appreciate anything and just feel sorry for yourself then I suppose it is a good thing to recognize so you can maybe work on that.
I was diagnosed with bipolar and my lifestyle that I want is not easy to take on. Lets just say i wish i could do life over again. Im not the 1st to say that
