I need to get away from WP from a while. Maybe forever. All it does is make my depression and anxiety worse, and I just want to die. Only I'm terrified to die. I think about death all the time, like how painful and unpleasant will it be, or what it will be like if it happens suddenly with warning, and nothing afterwards, no afterlife, no memory, no cartoon angels and castles, and it being like I was never born while other people's lives go on. And that's why I need to stop going on WP because all it does is remind me how the world hates us and thinks we're worthless, and how I'm a loser and a burden to everyone and should force myself to act NT, and until there's a cure I don't have any reason to live, and that I'm heartless and evil and a psychopath. But WP is like an addiction to a terrible drug. What can I do to get over it?

I drink and post.
Yeah, I can understand your anguish.
I'm addicted as hell, but there's no hope for me and I don't know of a cure.
I've tried leaving and I get all anxious and jittery.
I found a pleasant group to hang out with here (thanks, guys, you're awesome!) and try to stay away from all the drama.

Thanks for those thoughts on death, btw.

give yourself 2 hours break from the internet,tv,phones to be able to rearrange your thoughts and ideas. see if there's a specific reason that triggered certain unpleasant feelings. sit in a peaceful atmosphere and meditate. workout. drink coffee.. if you drink too much coffee, consider cutting caffeine. change your sleep schedule. change your diet.live for your favorite animals.go to the sea.

You could go to the settings in your Internet browser/s and try adding it to your list of blocked websites.

I like your posts on here, and I'm sorry to hear that you feel like that. :(
