the title text is
joey comeau of asofterworld.com had this great idea for a tattoo: one of those sailor's hearts with a woman's name in a banner across it, but you leave the banner BLANK. is that not brilliant? you could write in the names of women you meet at parties in pen and impress them with your élan.

its one of the first things im gonna do when im 18 ..... i havent decided on a design yet cus i want something symbolic and important to me .... enough so that i wont mind having it till i die

Yes i have a tattoo - it was a gift from my mother.
I have a black pattern in my neck that goes down
my spine/back.

Anyone feeling like experiencing something a
little different, tattoo on top of your spine
That`ll wake you up nicely.

Its slightly similar to these tribal motifs, but with my
own twist on it, i wanted something custom with
black lines less curvy then on most tribals. I`m
kinda done but theres still some things i would
like to add, hope to drag my ass to the tatooer
one day :) Personally, for me color in tattoos
is a big no-no, it has to be black. Color makes
it look confusing and out of place.

^Yeah show it!

As for me, I still don't got a tattoo.... :(

I always thought those celtic looking ones would be interesting or maybe Horus or something mystical. Preferrably on the back of my kneck, ankle, back, or somewhere somewhat obscure yet seen.

EDIT: Wow this is an old thread! 8O

Stupid, stupid stupid, why did i mention this
when i mention it people insist on me undressing,
and that sucks :) But i can work around it, this
is a pic of the blueprint of the piece that is visibel
in the back of my neck. That line that goes down
in the middle of it and ends, is just on top of the
top bone that stick out on my back, so it curves
over it.

Thanks :) but its not that special, i`m sure
there are tons of guys around with similar
tattoos. One thing i`m happy about, i did
mine long before From Dusk `Til Dawn
came out, after that suddenly alot of
guys had pieces sticking up their necks :)

^ Well maybe a lot of guys have them... I don't know. I've never seen one that has, anyway. It just sounds like it would look really, really awesome for some reason.

Maybe because I'm a fan of backs, shoulders, and necks :chin:

I have a spider tatooed above my ankle.

With a figure like hers (WOW!), she would have done just as well to have a tattoo that mimics the face of a cello.
