I think about how people with mental disabilities were discriminated against in the 1960s and "NIMBY" ism (not in my backyard) was (and still is) prevalent in American communities. How people were institutionalized against their will for mild illnesses and then abused in those institutions. How MH organizations intentionally do not help mentally disabled people maintain employment to this day but advertise and market their employment or autism "services" as doing just that.

that in order to know the actual truth about what passes itself off as "history," one must obtain or build a WABAC machine and go back in time to witness the daggoned thing itself as it happens.
