Should Donald Trump be put in handcuffs and locked up behind bars? He is holding people back from getting their paychecks because he cannot get a stupid and ineffective wall. That is a serious crime.

Whether or not he 'should' would be determined by the impeachment process.

I believe the most that will happen is that Trump will be impeached and be forced to resign, in lieu of a Senate trial. Just like what happened with Nixon.

Or there could be a Clinton-like scenario where he is impeached, put on trial, and is acquitted by the Senate.

There could be indictments, etc., following the conclusion of his Presidency.

Impeachment proceedings have been brought against U.S. presidents on three previous occasions. None of them resulted in removal of a president from office.

The only thing that an impeachment would likely accomplish is to separate the genuinely impeachable offences from the frivolous bullsnot accusations.

I don't care about the handcuffs or the lock. I just want justice. And I disagree that the shutdown is a crime. A moral travesty, sure, but not a crime.

I believe he is a terrorist because he worked with Russia to steal the election & he is holding the American government hostage. He NEEDS to be removed from office before he does more inconsiderable damage

Sure, why not? The guy could weasel out of court proceedings for his entire life. He's a flight risk, tax evader, a danger to women, serially bankrupt, and we let him put his own legal team on the Supreme Court.
