I'm feeling very young and British today. I feel like I'm 21.

We never (since lockdown) have had the cousin family anywhere except outside.

Granddad's going to have them in his garden Christmas day.

We're Granddad's bubble.

We see him Sunday.

A bubble is like the same as a household so it's legal. And our family is very safe.

I'm listening to The Kinks right now. They're a great English band.

^We had a bit last weekend. It was nice when it was falling. Sadly, my neighbourhood has a wierd microclimate where snow always partially melts and then re-freezes, turning the pavements into death-traps.

I'm listening to The Kinks again. I remember the days I had various images of Mick Avory and The Kinks from between 1964 and 1968 as avatars and I switched them according to my moods and the seasons. I was also wearing a red, white and blue mask and trying to wear my family name. These days, it seems that I use old images or figurines of fat, German 3-4 year olds wearing diapers. I also have no qualms about the fact that I was in diapers until I was 3 and a half and I need to wear expensive pull-ups these days. I also have no qualms about my body type that I've accepted for the time being. I've got nothing to hide these days hence my avatars, but it's still nice to listen to The Kinks. I will die a Kinks Fan between the ages 90 and 100.

I've occasionally listened to radio stations from that area on-line. The differences in the choice of music between there and here are interesting.

In particular, the music I tend to hear on those occasions where I listen to radio stations on-line from the area tends to be 60s and 70's rock or later music in the same style.

There is one exception, though. http://angelradio.co.uk/ has a huge range of music covering several decades. I like a lot of the music from the 50s, 40s, and even 30s, so I enjoy listening to that station.

There are different kinds of snow and ice.

The Eskimos could educate us on this or anyone with more knowledge.

The kind of sleety snow you take about is the worst for me too when it freezes - lethal.
