That's really sucky.

Does your library redeem itself by offering a nice atmosphere?

No idea but I am going to attempt to make some using bread instead of pastry.

I want to experiment with brown bread as an alternative to pastry because I usually feel bad after eating pies.

I have a breville toastie maker somewhere in a cupboard - I think that would work.

Not at my branch, it's medium size, I don't shop online. If I know somewhere does them I'll know when I'm near a big shop to look out for them.

Once a toastie maker is out of the cupboard, it's toastie everything :D

Let me know how that goes with the brown bread.

I don't shop at Sainsburys Kraftie and they are not the most popular of supermarkets.

I tend to go to Aldi and Asda, or Tesco or Lidl.

Not sure where others tend to shop on here - perhaps some will comment?

Failing that, if I have thrown it out, I will just use the grill.

How hard can it be?

If the cherry drips out onto the bars and then burns on, very hard indeed :D

I have tried these a long time ago - I don't have that type of toaster anymore. Mine is a mini grill thingy.

Or I can use the oven but that seems a bit over the top.
