It was the sacred symbol of Hera, the Queen of the Gods in Greek Mythology.

In some cultures it was believed to be the earthly incarnation of the mythical phoenix, a fiery bird that could be reborn again and again from its own ashes.

My kingdom comes back everytime it gets destroyed by our enemies.

I used to be underweight and ate snack-a-jacks at a rate which was kind of unhealthy as I filled up on them.

They're delicious. Meant to just be 'diet' food though.
