Am i the only one that doesn't want a machine that automatically heals all disease? How would we learn if we did? Not to mention over population issues to add to the current over population issues...

But to add, i also really really want showers to come with built in body driers. It takes far too long getting dry after a shower.

Also want technology that enables us to translate the languages of the animal kingdom so I can have lengthy in depth conversation with my ratties about why they eat their food in their toilet.

^^^thanx :)
a tv commercial blocker that automatically switches channels or mutes the audio [in the absence of alternate channels not showing commercials also], that doesn't require a special kind of cable box or subscription, it consists of a modified remote control/add-on that senses the volume change/light level change after the pause, then does its work.

Because if we had the ability to eradicate a disease the second it appeared, how would we know why it had manifested? And if we started eradicating every disease off the planet from humans, how would we be able to determine our limitations?

It just doesn't seem right to me to do that.

You could have sex with anyone you liked as often as you liked without fear of STD's. You could smoke 100 fags a day without worrying about lung cancer. People will end up living much longer lives and that sounds like a massive financial strain on governments and even more environmental strain on the planet ect

It's a nice idea, but not one without long-term consequences

A device that blocks those horrible animal cruelty ads from the ASPCA-I can't stand to watch them. Just muting them isn't enough. I have to change the channel to something else.

Yes! It takes too long, and in the summer I'm then as sweaty and sticky as I was before I showered, and in winter, it gets ice cold

I concur not only about those evil ads, but also for a device that blocks anything similar.

A device similar to the memory-wipe device seen in the "Men In Black" films if you want someone to forget about you.

Wear sunglasses beforehand.

Hold up the device to the person's face with the device facing forward.

Say something before activating the device.

quadraphonic or even quintophonic audio CDs, they actually were invented but never put into product form.
