I have COPD

My new insurance makes inhalers too expensive.

On the advice of my allergist dr. I gave up my two cats.

1. When I was little I liked to go skating with my mother at the local arena. She was a good skater and she taught me to do some spins and twirls.

2. My father took me to see The Ice Capades when I was about eight. I don't remember it at all but I remember he gave me a Donald Duck toy beforehand.

3. My mother and I saw Disney on Ice a week after my father passed away. It was her birthday gift and the tickets were already purchased. I lost my wallet there.

Yes, you're right. I skated with my father (not mother) but only outdoors. I didn't like the bright lights of arenas. It was my mother's dream to be a figure skater when she was growing up and she did go to a local arena until she was about 16, but I don't think she knew how to spin or twirl.

2 and 3 are true. My Donald Duck toy was actually a sticky adhesive Donald Duck head that affixed to the back of my bedroom door. It was designed so I could hang my bath robe on Donald's bill. For some reason I loved it so much I didn't want to go to the Ice Capades, and I don't even remember going. I was fascinated by my robe hook. lol

I didn't really like going to these sorts of things (Ice Capades, even the circus) when I was a kid. But I did like attending ballgames.

1. I went to see the Knicks in the OLD Madison Square Garden.

2. I also went to see them in the present-day Madison Square Garden (open in 1968).

3. I went to see the Westminster Dog show in the present-day Madison Square Garden

Yep. #3. Though I did watch it on TV a couple of times, and wasn't really bored by it.

1 and 2 are true.

3 is my lie. She just arrived in Vietnam yesterday and won't fly back from Bangkok until mid December. She is going to Cambodia next week, prior to Thailand.
