I think my record was half a day before I couldn't take anymore but I have tried a few jobs that one day was more than enough. ( I don't mean a 1 day contract , I mean a job you started and were fired or quit )

Only one was a gig delivering free newspapers.
It was heavy, hot work, it rained, almost got attacked by a dog and got flashed by some idiot.
Never again.

I was working with an organization to help me find employment & they lined me up with a job that only lasted one day after the orientation day where you do paperwork. The day I worked was Black Friday at a shoe store. I basically just tried to keep the place clean by picking up trash & cleaning things. The employment organization probably lined it up with the store for one day so the employment organization could see how I worked. I didn't know it was supposed to be for one day thou. The store said they would of kept me if they didn't already have enough people.

Got hit on by a coworker constantly in the first hour. I quit after he followed me into the bathroom.

Lmao that's the only real job Ive ever had :skull:
(My parents told me that so long as I had a productive way to make money over the summer I didnt have to get a real job)

It was a one-off job. The next three days were spent painting lines in a shopping mall parking lot.

I'm embarrassed to say yes to this question.

When I was in my 20s, I failed at an Instructional Aide job because I couldn't operate the photocopying machine and it made me upset. I felt like a loser and a failure.

I never thought I would ever work at the same place for 16 1/2 years, but here I am now.

I got a job at a bagel shop when I was 17. I was fired the same day because I didn't sweep the floor well enough.
