They're from 2007, there seems to be a variant with a heat sensitive spell written on them, but I've never seen those. I prefer your US star trek stamp personally!

Yes, an awful lot of modern stamps are really ugly or just unimaginative. The older engraved designs from the US and elsewhere were often magnificent.
