On one hand I'm happy because I miss home and I hate living in Florida, but on the other hand I don't know if I can handle sharing a bedroom with my brother?

My mom tried to buy a littke camper for me to live in on her property but it turned out to be a peice of junk and unfixable so my aunt basically ripped her off for $2000. :(

Oh well, at least I'll be back in Georgia. :D

Yes! :D This little Georgia peach fell off the peach tree and rolled into a grove of Florida oranges where it doesn't belong. :P

Mmmm peach cobbler. :chef:

Not too many peach trees in my part of Georgia though, but we do have lots of pecan trees in my hometown. Also people selling boiled peanuts. :D

Lots of cotton fields too. And dirt roads made of red Georgia clay, and dogwood trees and magnolias and cherokee roses.

Also we get a lot of white tail deer and other wild animals. Most people think of buzzards as nasty birds but I like buzzards.

My hometown also has a big rose garden with various colorful roses and it is nicknamed "The City of Roses" and there's also a large old live oak tree in town. :)

The rose garden sounds amazing.

Here's a picture of the public rose garden in Cherokee lake.

There's also a bunch of lovely cherokee roses growing up the road from my old trailer park. :flower:

Is there a big difference between southern Georgia and inland northern Florida?

Well my town is right next to Tallahassee so I guess not.

But I prefer Georgia.

Is there really a different feeling once you cross the border?

If one crosses the border from New York to Quebec, there's certainly a different feeling.

There kind of is. The mannerisms of people from Georgia and Florida are different. Also my hometown has a lot more farms and wilderness compared to Tallahassee. South Georgia is very rural.

There are rural areas in North Florida, they just don't feel the same though.
