Coping with boredom and loniness

I had a rough day with a co-worker yesterday, who acted very unprofessional. Other people at work have told me let it go, the guy is a hot head. I have been missing my recent ex girlfriend, I’m trying to go on, but its like she is haunting me. On the weekends if I get everything that needs to done is done. Bored and feel like I have no energy. Don’t know what is wrong with me. Anything is welcomed as long as its professional and appropriate.
