I used to get yogurt, but I don't know which yogurt is better. I know there are good sugar & bad sugar, but I don't understand.

Most flavoured yogurts are very high in sugar.
I have heard them called "diabetes in a pot".
The low fat varieties are usually higher in sugar.

Natural, pot-set yogurt is best.
Greek yogurt is usually creamy and not too sour.
You can add fruit or a little honey if you like.

If you're not sure, read the nutrition information panel.
Total sugar should ideally be under 10 grams per 100 grams.
The lower the number, the better, IMO.
Greek yogurt is around 4 or 5 grams per 100.

I love plain Greek yogurt with some nuts sprinkled on top.

Most yogurt just has regular table sugar (sucrose). Chobani tends to have less sugar than other brands. Among the different types of sucrose (fine, granulated, raw, turbado, brown sugar, etc), there isn't really much difference in how your body metabolizes it. But fructose is a different story. Here is an interesting article on sugar.

Abundance of fructose not good for the liver, heart

Skyre, could be the yogurt for you.

No fat, no sugar, loads of protein.

I eat it everyday.

I love yogurt so much... My favorite breakfast. Wild berries- my love, the only love existing, lol. However, this "love" shouldn't be purchased in the market. I make yogurt on my own. This process of cooking is just magical for me, especially when it comes to ice-cream and yogurt. I've even bought a yogurt maker thanks to well fed blog. I really enjoy this blog as there can be found information regarding anything you'd like to know or cook. For instance, when I can't make a choice, I browse this website since I know that the owner is a simple woman keen on cooking and foodstuff. There are a lot of guides on how to purchase the best kitchen appliance and foodstuff. So, this time wellfed has a nice article, which I read and decided to buy my personal yogurt maker)
