Me and my boyfriend are going to get it tomorrow(today as it is past midnight) if we can, so if we do get it I will try and remember to update this thread on that and how it goes.

I got Pfizer in March and April. Nothing more than a sore arm at the injection site that night.

My defective carcass had not gotten Covid shot or Covid diagnosis

Some articles claim that you can still get Covid if you get the shot

The public transportation where I work, stores, requires masks , even if you have been fully vaccinated

Outside of work and bus and stores, I hardly go in crowds

The aikido instructor said, Covid personal choice

Some articles claim that Covid side effects:. Heavier menstruation

Every day since 12, seriously considered suicide

Now 38

"Much ado about nothing"

Quite frankly I don't see what is so awesome about trying to make the maximum number of reptiles alive for the longest amount of time

My job doesn't require Covid shot yet

Although some jobs, like healthcare, requires Covid shot

Rosencrantz and guildenstern (precious lil "parents") are dead. If they were alive they would be 72

My dysfunctional misunderstood cadaver lives alone

Like boo Bradley, Sylvia Plath and JD Salinger

Loner

Misanthropic

Nobody biased in my favor

Exhausted all the options a longfuck time ago

Destroyed occupational prospects

My best "friend" refuses to drive my deformed skeleton anymore. She told me that I "used" her

Fecal incontinence

Itchy, eczema

Graceful degradation is the best I could aim for

My job minimum wage and could get made redundant easily

Zero stability

No motivation

Clinical depression since 12

Prozac, Zoloft, Wellbutrin, Ativan, propranolol, negligible impact

Constantly getting misunderstood

Made redundant from all the jobs

Academically dismissed, after workaholic

Like sysyphus

Everything I try to do is like "you can't make a silk purse out of a ear "

My deformed tail is just naturally inherently bad at (survival of the fittest)

Effort only goes so far without (efficiency)

38 pretty old anyways

35 geriatric pregnancy

(I have zero children. Don't want any either)

40 age discrimination

The Covid shot has not been out for long enough for pharmacist to find all the long term side effects

Autism

Health only getting worse, because old

Either way, its probably a good idea to get the vaccine.

Same (AZ) but only had the first shot so far, brief chills in the evening but slept fine, woke up feeling perfectly normal.

First appointment was arranged for 17:55. Felt fine all evening, went to bed, woke up at 4am feeling really sick. That lasted for a couple of hours, managed to get back to sleep, then woke up the next day with a headache and flu symptoms which persisted for 48 hours.

Mind you I have Type 1 Diabetes and that gets upset by anything like this, which in turn means it takes longer for me to recover (from both things).

The second jab just gave me a sore arm and made me feel a bit tired next day. Probably because I'd prepared properly this time with lots of aspirin and tasty sugar-free drinks.

So I'm glad I've had it, but I didn't enjoy the first one very much. At least that proved it did something, though. I'd have been worried if I'd not had any reaction at all.

Yeah, I was a bit concerned at first because I didn't even feel the needle go in, and when I had the chills I thought maybe I'd eaten something bad, I wasn't convinced I'd been given the shot at all. But having heard that others have experienced similar symptoms, I'm now happy enough believing I had it (not that I believed it was some kind of trick, but maybe the needle didn't go where it was supposed to, or the stuff in it wasn't active, I dunno, but I don't think that was the case, I'm sure I've had it now).

Sounds like you had a bit of a rougher time than me though, that sucks. Encouraging to hear that the second one wasn't as bad, I've heard it said that the second is worse, but I guess I'll find out in a month or so. At least yours is done now, like you say, it's out of the way and hopefully we won't need more of them, I'm looking forward to the same, I just want to get back to normal.

I got my first dose of the Moderna on 22 April. The next one is coming 20 May. So, for me, yes, but only halfway.

I got the Moderna yesterday first one, and so far outside of some pain around the site of the shot I've been feeling just fine. Lol I am getting the second one in my left arm though got it in my right arm this time, I didn't think about it till after the fact that I am right handed and so I use my right arm more.

Me and my boyfriend were considering that one that only requires one shot, but that one apparently only has like a 65% success rate and a risk of causing blood clots.
