I got news this morning from my mom that my step nephew was killed in an explosion in the Mohave Desert yesterday. I didn't watch the news last night or even check the online news, so I had no idea that this explosion had even happened.

My brother raised Todd from the time he was 7 years old and he died at the age of 33. My brother and Todd were very very close.

Thats sad news.:( I lost my 21 year old nephew on July 5. He some how inhaled some vomit and developed a massive infection. I'm
still in semi-disbelief about it. But I keep telling myself that he is dead now.

Thanks, Machine.

I'm so sorry to hear of your nephew. How old was he? I've read about aspiration pneumonia before and the different causes. (((((((((machine)))))))))) Sorry for calling you Machine, I have no idea what else to call you.

21 years old. You can call me anything I'm not sensitives to variation in my name.

His girl friend turned him over on his stomach and he spent the entire night that way. The doctors said that likely killed him being turn over like that. It took over a week in the hospital for him to die though.

The only thing Ive read was that was some sort of gas explosion at the scaled composities/spaceship one facilities involving testing new propellants.

So sad to hear. My dad died when I was 22, it was right after (maybe a couple months?) a 3 year relationship had ended and I was really crazy for months. That sucks, we all die but we hope it's after we've done something interesting with our time. Peace.

My condolences,Chatbrat and TM1. I've lost my father and uncle suddenly this year but they were both in their 70s and it must be 10 times worse when loved ones die
before their time.

I like how you put that. I think about that often... that I don't want to die before I help make a positive change in this world.

Thank you everyone for your kind words ((((((((((everyone))))))))))))

Here is a story about it:
