With my circadian rhythms. I find it hard to go to bed at normal hours consistently.

Well, I'm not going to sleep tonight.

Just spoke of some of those bad things and how they affected me with a therapist. The therapist was somewhat tearful along with me. Which made me feel bad. No clouds tonight, as I stare at them lying down, I can pretend those twinkling stars are where all the victims of this world go, and they shine longer than humanity ever will.

It's just a sentimental thing I do. I've heard a lot of pain and suffering from strangers, and they're just a drop in the ocean, which gives you some of that perspective you don't want to know about. I'll remember them, so when I can't sleep from similar things, I do what I can for them as I stare at the stars and daydream of the life I wanted. Whatever gets you through it I guess.

I'll be doing the same tonight.

Here we go again….about 2:15 am and been up and down since 11 pm, really do not like this being awake when my brain really needs to be asleep, maybe my friend alka seltzer and a aspirin , might help . Would just like to be clear headed when a conscious in the daytime. :roll:

I doubt I'll sleep tonight. I had too much stress last night/this morning, albeit I'm doing better than I thought I would (good thoughts there). Different reason than what the therapists are for, but I'd rather them; I care about the ones I care for more than myself in the end. I'm happy that I could do what I needed to do to when the situation called for it to help the one I care for, and that's kinda when I'm at my best. I still feel terrible, but that's just care.

Been that way for several months, due to diabetes-related stage 3 kidney disease and a recent flare up of colitis and constipation.
