I’ll start: The term loose cannon was coined because, mainly in the 16th - 19th century when cannons were widely used, they had to tie them down in ships. If a cannon got loose it’d cause all kinds of damage. Hence, loose cannon.

Also, a Bald Eagles wingspan can be up to 8.5 feet. Female bald eagles are larger than the male, and do the hunting while the male bald eagle watched the nest. They can keep the same nest for over 20 years.
