has anyone been judged unfairly for taking a break when volunteering? Even when you say you didnt sleep much the last night. Or when the family or friends are doing something physical that involves teamwork (for free of course) then you are judged for resting?

It doesnt happen all the time to me when I rest . In about half of the situations the people are glad that im resting or grateful for my help so they see me resting as justified. But in about the other half they get snippy when they should be grateful.

When you are volunteering, you are giving free labor. If anyone complains you resting in such a situation, you are taken for granted. They don't care about your well-being. You'd better quit. They don't appreciate you sacrificing your precious time and effort, when you could be working elsewhere and making money. Stay away from ungrateful people that only want to use you.
