Peanut soup, take two: definitely an improvement. Way too spicy though. Not sure yet if I can eat it.

Not as hungry as you'd expect. I often don't notice I'm hungry until I'm dizzy and/or hangry and/or dealing with stomach cramps.

So had this issue for years....hunger was merely something that only happened rarely to me. Not suppose to let it get to cramp stage.. not so good for long term stomach lining health, i found.
thinkits possibly part of introception failure , possibly on the part of the Amygdula( pardon spelling plz) Aspie brain wiring . But poor nutrition, may not catch up to you when younger but it may very well cause a cascade stress
on various internal organs , including the brain . Which may be hard to detect. As you get into later years ..!
" eventually your body may not want to cash the checks on your physical activities energies that you have not been making deposits to , in your body, ( in reference to nutrition)"
(Just a thought offering based on experience). Longterm health issues potentially.
