Who else makes up their own words? Here's a list of some that I have created with definitions and examples:

Nerdgasm: 1.Total euphoria experienced by deep diving into either a much loved topic or something completely obscure for the sheer sake of acquiring new and novel information. Usually preceded by suitably grandiose adjective:

Jerry had a screaming nerdgasm when he got his encyclopedia of tropical skin diseases

2. Extreme info-dumping

when Sally mentioned dog breeding Billy had a massive nerdgasm, he talked about dams, sires and whelping all afternoon.

Sarcgasm: An extended fit of sarcasm, or consistently resorting to sarcasm in conversation.

When I was informed that gazpacho soup is supposed to be served cold Jilly had a sarcgasm that lasted about 15 minutes

Ear-dildo: A cotton bud / Q tip / cotton swab. Named for the immense pleasure of using one to relieve itching in the ear canal.

Pass me an ear-dildo please.

Painbow: A person (usually friend or loved one) who enjoys being difficult or causing low level mental pain or anguish in others for their own amusement; often through the use of poorly timed or bad jokes (including practical) and or intentional contrarianism.

Garry is such a painbow, he soaked all of my underwear and hid them in the freezer.

Simplistiscism, Simplistiscismistic: The concept of making things more difficult, convoluted or confusing by an attempt to simplify.

Terry's efforts to streamline the company's data security protocols were ultimately simplistiscismistic.

Pig Slice: The last slice of pizza which everyone secretly wants, but says they couldn't possibly eat

For the longest time I was using the word contention wrong,

I've used it to mean the feeling of being content, when in fact it means a heated disagreement.

Also, the burps. A sudden fit of uncontrollable burping.
